• The Buffalo News, Business People, Hires, Promotions and Honors, Business Today, Alter Moneta, a financial services firm with its U. S. headquarters in Buffalo, appointed James S. Young III district sales manager for the Mid- Atlantic Region. Previously an account executive at BB& T Equipment Finance Corp. in Edgewater, Md., Young has more than eight years of industry experience. In addition, he founded his own commercial financing brokerage, ATY Capital, in Chester Springs, Pa. He has an MBA in education from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s from Georgetown University.
• Mark Lempko, Alter Moneta’s General Manager, U.S. and Ontario,  is quoted in “Listening for Credit Cracks”— the cover story of the April 2007 edition of Equipment Leasing Today magazine.
• Alter Moneta is featured in the March/April 2007 edition of the Monitor, in an article titled, The Heartbeat of Financial Success:  Ten Best Practices for Human Capital Management.
