We rely on the business development and relationship management skills of our direct salespeople.  Our Business Development Managers (BDMs) are carefully selected, proven sales professionals, with an average of 15 years of experience in the equipment finance industry.  They have a track record of success and a sound knowledge of the markets they serve.

Our direct sales team is a unique asset, having established a broad geographic base of direct customer relations, a consistent record of new business origination, and long-standing relationships that have resulted in thousands of repeat customers.

Alter Moneta’s level of service to our customers is our highest priority.  We believe that developing personal relationships is central to customer service and that maintaining a “direct line of sight” with our customers involves deploying our sales force among our customer base and encouraging active listening and hands-on problem solving.  We pride ourselves on our integrity and following through on our promises with our customers.
